This quote means to never look at yourself with high vain. For example, people who think they're better than you, are rude and don't obey. There are laws for a reason, but someone thinks they're better and the RULES don't apply to them, then that's CTW. If everyone was like this, it would be, horrible. No-one would respect one another. Life would be miserable. Filled with killing and anarchy. Vice would overrule everything. A true CTR person would not incur to vice. CTR people wouldn't cater for this. Be a CTR person.
